An Amber Alert has been issued following the abduction of an infant in New York City.

Seniya Benitez, 2, who is non-verbal and has autism, was kidnapped by her father, 21-year-old Christian Benitez, who is not permitted to have unsupervised contact, in the Bronx near Gleason Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, police say.
